NS Truck Accessories Shipping Policy

NS Truck Accessories exclusively ships via UPS, FedEx and USPS on all orders considered non-truck freight.  We ship primarily to the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and also excludes all other international destinations. For shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States, you will be required to ship to a freight forwarder, to pay shipping, and to pay all customs fees.

* In most cases NS Truck Accessories only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information.  In order to eliminate credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide.  If you want to ship to an address different from your billing address, we require a copy of your driver’s license  emailed to nstruckaccessoriesllc@gmail.com

Shipping Times & Details:

• Most products ordered will ship within 1-3 business days. Some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items. NS Truck Accessories has numerous shipping points across the country allowing us to reach 90% of the U.S within 2 days.
• Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us toll-free at 830-313-3478.
• Although we take great pride in delivering products quickly, we only guarantee product arrivals on expedited shipping for products that are in stock.
• NS Truck Accessories is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, unforeseen incidents, transportation providers’ delays, or other Acts of God.
• Free Shipping may become available on specially marked products on NS Truck Accessories website. This free shipping offer is good only to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This offer does not apply to truck freight items.
• Please be aware, expedited shipping options will NOT ship out on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. NS Truck Accessories facilities are closed during these time periods. These shipments will be shipped during the next business day. Additionally, weekend UPS and/or FedEx deliveries for orders placed before the cut-off time on Friday afternoon are subject to UPS and/or FedEx guidelines and are not guaranteed for all areas.
• Outside of the 48 contiguous Unites States, customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees. This includes all Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Mexico, Canada, and all other international destinations.

* APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address) – NS Truck Accessories cannot ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we exclusively use UPS/Fed Ex for shipments and they do not allow shipments to these addresses.  As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.
