NS Truck Accessories Returning Goods Policy

Freight Charges are typically not refundable.

NS Truck Accessories requires a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) for any item returned to us. To start the returned goods process, email us your information to nstruckaccessoriesllc@gmail.com or call us toll-free at 830-313-3478. RGA#'s are only valid for 30 days. After 30 days, please request a new RGA approval number.

 

Defective Items

In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, NS Truck Accessories will work diligently to resolve the issue. Follow our Return Procedure to easily handle all returns.

 

Damaged Items

NS Truck Accessories uses UPS, FedEx and USPS and they all perform well, however, in the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please contact us to get the replacement process started.

 

Exchanges

Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware and instructions) may be returned for exchange. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.

 

Warranty

NS Truck Accessories extends the manufacturer’s warranty for all products.
